Our Process

For producing large quantities of plastic parts in injection molding is yet another flexible and affordable manufacturing method. At plastic injection molding we follow 7 steps from product design to product development.

Stage 1: Product Design

In the first phase, our team thoroughly reviews your product design for injection molding and examines it using a finished 3D model. We give honest feedback on design modifications for efficiency and durability, along with vital data needed for accurate quotations.

Stage 2: Reverse Engineering

We use advanced reverse engineering to recreate existing parts by scanning and analyzing them to generate precise 3D models and CAD files. This process helps refine designs, improve functionality, and ensure compatibility with injection molding. It is essential for projects needing design modifications or lacking original documentation, ensuring optimal performance in the final production stage.

Stage 3: DFM/Mold Flow Analysis

Once the design is finalized, we utilize Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize the product for the injection molding process. This includes evaluating factors like wall thickness, potential for sink marks or warping, and gating considerations. Additionally, we can leverage Mold Flow Services to simulate the plastic flow within the mold cavity, helping us identify potential issues and optimize the mold design for efficient part production.

Stage 4: Tool Design (Mould Tool Design)

Our skilled engineers then convert design into a highly-detailed mold design (Mould Tool Design). This design incorporates all the specifications for a successful molding process, including runner systems, gating, cooling channels, and ejection mechanisms.

Stage 5: Prototype (Prototype Manufacturing)

To ensure everything functions as planned, we can produce prototypes using various methods. Prototype manufacturing allows for real-world testing and evaluation of the design's functionality, fit, and form. This stage is crucial for identifying and rectifying any minor design flaws before mass production begins.

Stage 6: Tool Manufacturing (Plastic Tool Manufacturing)

With the finalized design in hand, our team utilizes advanced tooling technologies to create the production mold (Plastic Tool Manufacturing) itself. This mold is meticulously crafted to meet the highest quality standards and is built to withstand the rigors of high-volume production.

Stage 7: Part Production (Injection Molding Parts)

Finally, it's time for full-scale production! We utilize our expertise in injection molding to manufacture your parts (Injection Molding Parts) with precision and consistency. Throughout the process, strict quality control measures are implemented to ensure every part meets your exact specifications.

Our 7 steps process ensures high-quality, efficient production of plastic parts through precise design, analysis, and manufacturing.
